Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken

    In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, Chinese cooking wine, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook the noodles

    Cook the noodles separately according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Cook the chicken

    Heat oil in a pan or wok. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.

  4. Stir-fry the vegetables
